After a long dry spell we were blessed with some rain clouds passing over the north end of Sylvan Lake and Lacombe. People had requested some views of Sylvan Lake, this is a print from my second outing. A brief check online reveals that this lighthouse in the town itself was a restoration project by the Rotary Club. I have heard it was patterned after the one in Peggy's Cove, I know the townspeople are quite proud of the restoration. The tumultuous sky is the prelude to a supercell that was about to pass over the lake.
